今早（十月三十日）特別調查員Mueller正式起訴特朗普前競選經理Paul Manafort，這個消息在上星期五已經由Mueller非法地洩露給CNN電視台，原因是上星期有關民主黨和希拉里私通蘇俄，以貪污舞弊的手法出售美國20%的鈾Uranium開採權圖私利消息曝光，也揭露Mueller和Comey讓FBI隱瞞調查真相，在社會上引起極大的迴響。Mueller星期五匆匆洩露消息給CNN，就是要轉移民眾的注意力，制止有關民主黨，FBI和希拉莉的壞消息傳開。這些低下的技倆，連小孩子也看得出。
我看完了31頁起訴書（點擊這裡閱讀），看不出與特朗普競選團隊私通蘇俄有半點關係，起訴的內容全是有關Paul Manafort過去（2006年至2015年間）做生意的蘇州屎，包括他與烏克蘭（Ukraine，不是蘇俄）之間的生意來往，當中牽涉洗錢和瞞稅罪行。正如特朗普今早用推特發表的評論，這些指控是Manafort以前生意的行為，與特朗普競選完全無關。Manafort只做了三個月競選經理，以前的生意不要說與特朗普競選無關，與特朗普以前的生意也沒有關係。
作為特別調查員，Mueller可以不受限制地調查，也不受時間和經費的限制。到目前為止，他聘用了十多名左翼律師（全部都是民主黨支持者），過去幾個月已經用了納稅人大量金錢 ，調查的結果就是起訴Manafort過去生意上的罪行，與調查特朗普競選集團私通蘇俄完全扯不上關係，我看不出還有任何原因需要保留這個荒謬的調查架構。特朗普雖然一直批評整個調查乃是政治迫害，但都沒有採取任何行動，一方面是明知自己沒有任何私通蘇俄的行為，任他怎樣查都不會查到任何證據，二方面是不想給人指他妨礙司法公正。可是，現今既然證據顯示希拉莉集團私通蘇俄的賣國圖利罪行，而Mueller多月來的調查也已經完成了，因此，如今特朗普應該將調查的範圍擴大，同時亦要替換特別調查員。Mueller由於與民主黨和先前的私通蘇俄行為有直接關係，是絕對不能再當特別調查員，因此特朗普應該立即替換Mueller，另選他人開始做真正的私通蘇俄調查，我希望總統這幾天便採取行動，我連他的講話也已經為他起草如下（在這篇講詞中你可以看到我希望誰當特別調查員）：
My fellow Americans:
During the past week you have been given significant information about how the DNC, FBI and Mrs. Hillary Clinton collaborated with the Russians to sell 20% of America’s Uranium supply in return for massive amounts of speaker fees and donations to the so-called Clinton Foundation. You have also been given proof that the FBI, under Robert Mueller, James Comey and others, gathered concrete proof of such egregious actions yet chose to suppress such proof from you, the American people.
These are serious matters involving obstruction of justice, bribery and national security. Monday morning, after conducting 5 months’ investigation, Special Investigator Mueller’s office issued an indictment against Paul Manafort for his business dealings from 2006-2015, long before he worked as my campaign manager for three months between June and August, 2016. I am sure our justice system will follow through with such indictment.
However, I strongly feel that justice must be done for all people, or America will cease to be a country bound by the rules of law. And it is critical that we have equal justice for all, as no one, not even the President of the United States, is above the law. I have, therefore, ordered that the mandate of the Special Investigator’s Office be immediately expanded to focus on ALL matters regarding Russian collusion, including the sale of America’s Uranium, the operations of the Clinton Foundation and the behavior of the FBI in suppressing evidence of Russian collusion and bribery prior to the approval on the sale of Uranium to a foreign adversary. Because Robert Mueller has been intimately involved in these matters, to ensure the absence of conflict of interest, I will immediately replace Robert Mueller with former prosecutor and New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani as Special Investigator. Furthermore, since Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe are involved in the aforementioned alleged suppression of evidence, I have directed that both Rosenstein and McCabe be put on paid leave until this investigation is completed.
My fellow Americans, America is at a critical juncture when we must decide if we are a land of law or not. We must respect our constitution, and follow our laws if we do not want to become a banana republic. Let me assure you of our determination to make sure justice is carried out equally for all.
