司法部調查最新消息(5/20/2018)

第一部份是調查FBI副局長Andrew McCabe的行為，報告已於今年四月發表，35頁內容清楚指出McCabe在宣誓下撒謊和洩密，報告發表前McCabe已於3月16日被司法部長辭退，調查總長已將這案件交給華裔檢察官Jessie Liu考慮進行刑事起訴。這個報告搶先出爐，是因為McCabe即將退休。

第二個部份(亦是即將發表的調查報告)是有關於FBI和司法部調查希拉莉電郵門事件當中的行為。消息傳來，這份報告會指出聯邦調查局和司法部在調查電郵門一事違反了聯邦刑法，將會由檢察官Huber考慮是否起訴有關人等。

第三個部份是有關於FBI和司法部向FISA法庭申請竊聽特朗普競選團隊的行為。今天（5月20日）早上，特朗普總統發表了以下推特：

I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI／DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump campaign for political purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration！

這個推特十分重要，因為不像是總統隨便寫下的，極可能是來自司法部，因為這個推特發出後短時間，司法部長代言人便發出這個通告，可見兩件事是連接的：

The Department has asked the Inspector General to expand the ongoing review of the FISA application process to include determining whether there was any impropriety or political motivation in how the FBI conducted is counterintelligence investigation of persons suspected of involvement with the Russian agent who interfered in the 2016 presidential election. As always, the Inspector General will consult with the appropriate U.S. attorney if there is any evidence of potential criminal conduct.

這個通告提到Russian Agent，應該是與上星期曝光的事件有關，請閱讀我5天前「通俄調查的真正起因」一文。這個決定擴大了調查的範圍，不單指向FBI和司法部，也包括所有其他前政府的部門，當然也包括主謀的中央情報局（CIA）頭頭John Brennan和情報局頭頭James Clapper，更可能包括希拉莉，前司法部長Loretta Lynch，甚至奧巴馬。因此，今天這個宣佈是極其重大的。

我感到整個調查和法律行動迫在眉睫，大家準備看特朗普政府雷霆萬鈞之勢的「清洗沼澤」行動快將來臨。
